Shipments and returns:

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS,UPS or fedEx with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and package size of the shipment.

We advise you to group your items in one order, we cannot group two orders placed separately, shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Please call before returning a purchase as we may have a better solution.

Ground Delivery Option:

Customers who select our ground delivery option normally receive their orders after two to five business days.

FedEx Three Day Select Option:

Customers who select our Three day select delivery option normally receive their orders on the third business day following the date of their order.

Sunday Delivery Option: (not available for any order)

We currently do not offer any Sunday delivery option. Weekend orders will be shipped on the Monday following the weekend each order was placed.

International orders:

We ship international through USPS or FedEx these orders are handled with the same care and attention as our domestic orders, Delivery times

will vary depending on location, you will receive an Email with a tracking code to track the package.
