Team Shepherd presents the Velox V10 AWS, the latest expansion stage of the successful V10 platform.
The model was developed in collaboration with team drivers and customers around the world to accommodate a variety of possible performance levels.
The modular system includes the Advanced Weight System, which allows the use of sliding weights at the
lowest point in the car. By pushing the weight back or forth, you can adjust the balance even in the pit
lane with ease. The associated battery holder is now made of high-quality carbon and replaces the previously used plastic holder.
On the rear axle, the geometry has been slightly optimized and the position of the lower wishbone pins has been adjusted.
The upper C and the lower pins for the wishbones are tight together. The upper wishbone holder has been slightly
reinforced to increase durability. Aluminum bones and the corresponding wheel axles round off the innovations on
the rear axle and contribute to improved handling.
The front and rear damper bridges have new shock absorber positions that allow for fine tuning of the vehicle.
Updated radio plate holders made of 7075 T6 aluminum leave more room for optimal cabling. In addition the aluminum
bell for the clutch has been replaced by popular demand and the front body holder plate will be made of 3mm carbon
in the future to increase stability.
